With regular bacon, that meal contains a whopping 430 calories and loads more fat. Swap out turkey bacon on your BLTs and stick with mustard instead of mayo, and youíve got yourself an easy-on-the-hips, 300-calorie meal. So donít say goodbye to bacon; say hello to its slimming alternatives.
