The firm said on Wednesday that the hoses will be available initially at 16 high-traffic stations in Dubai, but will eventually be rolled out to all stations.

However, the new system will only be available for Special petrol.

Burhan Al Hashemi, managing director of ENOC Retail, said the initiative aims to speed up fuelling in the heavy-traffic sites and to reduce the waiting time of motorists, particularly during peak periods.

He added the hoses would be installed with the “highest standards of safety”.
